Technical Support Representative
Nanonation is seeking a full-time Technical Support Representative to join our team dedicated to ensuring our customers receive superior service and solutions.
For over 20 years, Nanonation has been providing digital signage and interactive solutions to customers all over the world. We serve clients in a number of verticals, including but not limited to retail, financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, museums and attractions, and education. As a Technical Support Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with all of them!
The Technical Support Representative is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, solution expertise, responding to customer requests via phone and email, tracking call progress, project deployment, and internal/external troubleshooting.
- Exceptional customer service skills are a must
- Previous technical support experience is a plus
- Excellent customer-facing skills (email, phone, face-to-face)
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Strong technical skills are preferred
- Ability to stay organized and respond to multiple issues
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work some weekend shifts
- Some evenings and weekends are required
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
- Work Location: In person
