Payment Kiosk
Nebraska Child Support
The Nebraska Child Support Payment Center (NCSPC) asked Nanonation for a self-serve kiosk solution to replace existing kiosks and pave the way for additional ones across Nebraska. They allow Nebraska residents who pay child support a convenient and intuitive solution for remitting payments using various payment methods. Payers can complete a child support payment at user-friendly kiosks in one minute or less.
Now available in seven cities throughout Nebraska, these self-serve kiosks in public spaces and government buildings have helped streamline the child support payment process. By making it possible to pay support quickly in a secure setting during regular business hours. They’ve also expanded the NCSPC reach and further educate current and future paying parents on the different methods of child support payments.

Since June 1, 2022, over 1,400 transactions have been processed at the seven kiosks, totaling more than $571,000 in child support. Before the installation of the kiosks, only an estimated 2,500 payments by check, cash, or money order were received monthly from paying parents and processed manually. Totaling only about $120,000 received monthly.
Child support payments made at the kiosks are processed through U.S. Bank, with Nanonation providing the turnkey, custom solution built on our Nanonpoint kiosk software. Nanonation also provided the hardware and installation for the network of kiosks.
